This engagement is designed for highly experienced advocates who wish to remain professionally active, contribute their expertise, and mentor younger members of the Bar, while enjoying flexible and dignified working arrangements.
Areas of Engagement
Senior legal professionals may be associated with the firm in roles involving:
- Legal strategy, case evaluation, and advisory support
- Vetting and review of pleadings, petitions, and written submissions
- Mentorship and guidance to junior advocates and interns
- Opinion writing on complex legal and constitutional issues
- Participation in conferences, consultations, and select court matters (as appropriate)
Mode of Engagement
- Engagement may be advisory, consultative, or of counsel in nature
- Flexible arrangements including part-time, remote, or hybrid modes may be considered
- Court appearances, if any, are subject to mutual understanding and health considerations
Professional Standards
All senior associates are expected to:
- Uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and professional conduct
- Maintain confidentiality and conflict-of-interest norms
- Provide objective and independent legal guidance
Engagement Terms
- Nature of association, duration, and remuneration (if applicable) are determined on a case-to-case basis
- Such engagement does not constitute mandatory full-time employment unless expressly agreed
