Areas of Exposure
Upcoming advocates may gain experience in:
- Legal research and analysis of statutes and judicial precedents
- Drafting of pleadings, applications, petitions, and written submissions
- Assistance in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and other judicial forums
- Case preparation, briefing, and court procedure
- Client interaction and legal strategy discussions (as appropriate)
Eligibility
- Recently enrolled advocates or advocates with limited years of practice
- Strong interest in litigation and courtroom practice
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a professional legal environment
Mentorship & Learning
- Direct mentorship from senior advocates and associates
- Regular guidance on drafting, court craft, and professional ethics
